What to check in Lake City
1. The sector. Development, prices and possession differ a lot between sectors. Two 10 marla plots in different sectors can be priced far apart.
2. Possession and dues. For a resale plot, confirm possession status and that all dues are clear with the society office.
3. Position. Corner, park-facing and main-boulevard plots usually cost more. Ask exactly which street the plot is on.
