Why InvestoPaak
Plots sold on facts, not on promises
Most plot deals in Lahore start with a phone call: a price, a promise that it will double, and pressure to book today. InvestoPaak works the other way round. You see the developer's own payment schedule, what is still due at ballot and possession, the charges that sit outside the price, and what similar plots are actually selling for. Then you decide.
Husnain keeps the focus narrow on purpose. Lake City, Union Town and Etihad Town Phase III and IV sit one after another along a single road corridor in south Lahore, a short drive from the office. Staying on these four means he knows the blocks, the developers' offices and the transfer desks, and can get to any plot quickly.
He has been writing about the Lahore market for years. In December 2020 he wrote "Buy when everyone is fearful" for Imlaak Journal, and revisited it for 2026 on this site. Today he explains rates, plans and market moves in short videos filmed at the gates and on the roads of the societies he covers.
